3051GP intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter is a high-precision, miniaturized intelligent instrument produced by foreign technology, which adopts mature capacitive sensor technology, and has the characteristics of good long-term stability and high reliability. By means of digital technology, the temperature and nonlinearity of the sensor are compensated, and the accuracy and range ratio of the sensor are greatly improved. The instrument has a HART communication interface, and can be tested, configured and calibrated in calculation with the specially equipped configuration debugging system, or configured and calibrated on site with the specially equipped hand operator (compatible with Rosemont275).

It is suitable for measuring pressure, differential pressure and absolute pressure of all kinds of liquid, gas and steam.

This is the system error, before installation can be adjusted according to the actual static pressure transmitter zero, eliminate this error. (HP type in linear output) zero error: add static pressure 31.2MPa, zero error is less than the large range of ±2.0%. This is the system error, before installation can be adjusted according to the actual static pressure transmitter zero, eliminate this error.

◆ Vibration influence: in any axial direction, the frequency is 200Hz, the error is ±0.05%/g in the large range.

◆ Load influence: As long as the voltage of the input transmitter is higher than 12V, there is no load influence in the load working area.

◆ Installation position influence: can produce no more than 0.25KPa zero error, can be corrected to eliminate the error, no impact on the range; The measuring body rotates without shadow relative to the flange
